What is climate control?

Climate control is a feature that we offer at many of our facilities around the country. Our climate controlled units maintain a temperature of 70 to 75 degrees. This feature helps protect your stored belongings from the extreme temperatures.

What is a roll-up door?

Roll-up doors are the most common door in self-storage. They are accessed by sliding a latch and lifting the door upward, similar to the motion of a garage door. Roll-up doors allow you to maximize the usage of your space.

Do you offer RV/boat/car/motorcycle parking?

Center Park Storage does not offer parking for RVs, boats, cars and motorcycles.

What is a drive-up unit?

A drive-up unit is an outside unit, located on the first floor of a facility, that gives you the ability to load your belongings directly from a vehicle or truck.

When can I access my storage unit?

Storage units can be accessed 7 days a week from 8AM–8PM.

What is the difference between an indoor and outdoor unit?

An outdoor unit has access from outside. An indoor unit is within the property and will require you to go inside to access your unit.

What are the payment terms?

Center Park Storage strives to make your storage experience as hassle free as possible, including paying your bill. Typically, our leases are month-to-month but we also offer the flexibility of long-term leases. We also offer AutoPay. We can automatically charge your Mastercard®, Visa®, Discover®, or American Express® each month. Or you can pay online by clicking the “Pay Online” link on the main navigation.

What sizes are available and how do I pick my size?

We offer a wide range of sizes to accommodate your needs. Sizes range from 4×5, or 20 square feet, to 20×19, or 200 square feet. Determining the right size is easy with the help of our online storage calculator and the help of our Store Managers who are trained to assist you in this process. What are the differences between outdoor, drive-up and indoor storage units?
